With due respect, Werner, the question about which libraries are a
standard part of the environment under clause 3 of the GPL appears to be
something only the distro maintainers can answer.

As previously mentioned, OS X has apparently decided it's part of the
standard system.  Why, then, should it be unreasonable for SuSE to
decide it's part of their standard system?
