gpgsm and mail address

Hi,

find attached a patch to fix this bug.  There is one problem, though:
You need to delete the certificate from gnupg's keystore and then import
it again using the patched version:

  gpgsm --delete-key 0x42E8F696
  gpgsm --import foo.crt
