available.
It comes with some documents under doc/ directory of
gnupg-1.0.4.

Name of the latest tar ball at this moment is:
 gph-1.0.4-ja-0.1.tar.bz2
You don't want to chase and link the latest file.
Instead, linking directory should always work.
