  Hi,

 there is still another GnuPG graphical fronted for  Windows, named GPA. It
 is open source software and can be downloaded at
 http://www.gnupg.de/download.html

 It is available in an english and german version. This progam have to use
 carefully, it is still work in progress, see
 http://www.gnupg.org/gpa.html
