In older gpg versions, keys with available secret-keys were trusted
automatically. This is not so any more. gpg --edit <yourkey>, set trust
to 'ultimate'.

Did you read the release notes? They contain upgrade instructions and
are *really* essential for proper use of 1.0.7 with keyrings updated
from 1.0.6 or earlier.
