None.  Red Hat never shipped mutt 1.3.27 with any of its official
distributions.  They shipped 1.2 up through 7.3 and then 1.4 in 8.0
and beyond.  You've gotten your mutt rpm from somewhere else, and,
like René said, it's outdated and ought to be upgraded.
