[Announce] GnuPG 1.2.5 released // update to man.page

minor correction to the man.page , in the following section:
 
INTEROPERABILITY WITH OTHER OPENPGP PROGRAMS

 For example, as of this writing, no (unhacked) version of PGP  supports
the BLOWFISH cipher algorithm.  If you use it, no PGP user will be able
to decrypt your message.  The same thing applies to the  ZLIB  compression
 algorithm.

pgp 8.1 supports blowfish and zlib,
and decrypts messages done in gnupg using both of these.

also, 8.1 now recognizes signatures from gnupg signing subkeys,
which prior versions did not
