You can use loop-aes, I think it's included in 2.6 kernels. I would
recommend BestCrypt from www.jetico.com. It is not free software, but
fully-functional evaluation version for download is available (source
included!) I've played with it in the past and I think the product is
worth the money.

I'm using FreeBSD and its gbde disk encryption.
