Most readers I've seen are USB devices. I use an SCR335 from SCM
Microsystems. Have had no issue with it, works fine. Got it with an OpenPGP
card from kernelconcepts.de. Windows Update even updates the driver.

SCM also makes units that fit in a 5 inch drive bay. Found them when looking
for a PCMCIA flash reader for my Ultra 5's floppy-sized bay.
