Yes, we already exchanged an email yesterday.

In fact, while I have all the services working, Telecom are still not
working 100%, so it is very likely people in good health is not being
able to communicate.

I suppose most people on those places should be OK, a cousin of me,
who was on vacations 17 km away of Algarrobo, reported he is fine, so
Algarrobo should be fine too, after all, it was not the most heavily
So I wouldn't worry too much about those zones. Still, there may be
incidents with a few old buildings, but chances are most people is ok.
