GPG Decrypt Messages

Thanks Holger & Werner for giving me your kind help.
Can you please help how to implement what Werner has suggested

Here is the command what i am using
gpg -q -d abc.gpg

What would i need to implement in your way - using gpg ........ 2>/dev/null

Can you please guide me.
