[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Multiple issues with handling record_size_limit extension (#676)

[Development of GNU's TLS library]

Fragmentation on the [64,511) range may be used for denial of service attacks and in practice we have no systems requiring such small fragmentation. Unless we have a very compelling use my recommendation would be to keep 512 as minimum negotiated size.
