updated installer

Hi all,

I just prepared updated Windows installer for
gnupg/gpa and sylpheed (german and english).

Look for most current versions in:
ftp://intevation.de/users/jan/
and note that gnupg needs to be installed
before installing sylpheed.

Sylpheed has improved a lot concerning gpg
functions. Many changes to gpa as well,
but at least one known bug: crashes when
frequently switching brief/detailed view.
The most current cvs gpg is also included.

Any reports on experiences under the various Ws are
welcome.
