Hi!

Just want to tell, that I started with an Assuan library which we will
use with most modules of the Aegypten project.  It is part of the
NewPG module but intended to be a source copy library - I will provide
an autoconf macro to make this easier.

Apropos NewPG:  Because GpgSM will eventually be included in GnuPG,
I created a new package named NewPG which will only exist until we can
merge it back into GnuPG which should happen early next year.
