I consider the way to get PGP/MIME or S/MIME working still far too
complicated. Currently not even the developers manage to get it working
without help, so how shall the users manage that after KDE 3.1?

For example can't find it documented anywhere that it is required to start
gpg-agent before KMail and export that environment variable and the error
message that appears is absolutely useless. This is for example one of the
things that should work automatically. Maybe it should be simply started if
it's not already running.

I also consider it unacceptable that it is required to enter the patch to the
plugin manually in KMail's config dialog. Yes, I know it is required for the
Aegypten project, but for all other KMail users that should work
automatically.
