general TCOS question

Hi,
i'm having some problems with my Netkey/TCOS 2.0.3 cards:

when i try to delete the default files on my netkey card with
opensc-explorer-wk, i only get error messages that say it'Äs not allowed.

eg:

  so what is my basic error that i can't delete any files at will after a
  successfull authenication with CHV0 with is already changed from nullpin
  to my preferred value.


  another problem is that i can't access the CHV3,
  Werner mentioned that i could change it with CHV0,
  but the EF_pinadmin(5003) can only be changed if u know CHV3 ;-((
  like KF_NKS2000_20.pdf says in paragraph 4.3.2.4, so what can i do..?
