[Announce] New Mutts version for Aegypten

Hi!

I am pleased to announce the availibilty of a new Mutts release for
use with Aegypten.  This version features MDN (see README.MDN) and
fixes the IMAP buffer overflow.

Please note that mutts is a temporary solution until we have folded
our Aegypten features back into regular Mutt.
