So you didn't follow it to the point. :)
There is cryptplug 0.3.15 if I'm not completely on the wrong track.

try
	ldd /usr/local/lib/cryptplug/gpgme-openpgp.so

Make sure no other version of the needed libraries and gpg
is previous in the $PATH.
