You are trying to compile GPA 0.6.1 with a newer GPGME. Since it was
developed with GPGME 0.4.0 in mind, and newer versions have changed a
lot, there is no way it will compile.

You could either downgrade your gpgme to 0.4.0 or wait for a new
release of GPA (which is planned, but will take some time).
