problems building dirmngr from CVS

You are out of luck.  I am heavily hacking on it and also it builds
(but does not yet work) tehre are quite some new dependencies which
are mostly commited but I won't guarantee that.

The plan is to have this all stable again by towmorrow.  Well, it is a
plan ;-)
