[issue143] kmail: doesn't split messages (1)

In KAddressBook, configure one contact with OpenPGP/MIME as only allowed 
protocol, and another contact with both S/MIME formats as only allowed 
protocols. 
 
Send a message to both (To), with both sign and encrypt buttons switched off 
and format selection "Any". 
 
KMail should create two messages: One OpenPGP/MIME encrypted, and the other one 
S/MIME encrypted. It creates only the OpenPGP/MIME one, maybe b/c the "S/MIME 
contact" also has OpenPGP encryption keys available. 
 
(the (1) is there since I expect there to be many other cases where this fails)
