[issue146] store uncrypted local emails does not work

Deactivating option "Store sent messages encrypted"
should lead to unencrypted emails in sent-folder.

Indeed they are not encrypted, but the Content-Type
says   smime-type=enveloped-data
which should be something else.

I tried SMIME multipart-signed. The email was also signed.
