[issue79] certmanager: certificate wizard has misleading name

The wizard to create a new keypair and a certificate request has a misleading
name.  It doesn't create a certificate, so it shouldn't be called "certificate
wizard".  Not sure what to call it instead.  Maybe "certificate request wizard"
or "key generation wizard"?
