[issue85] gpgsm: non-ascii chars in Subject DN don't work properly

gpgsm seems to have problem displaying non-ascii chars of subject dns (and
perhaps other data).  I see it both at the command line and in the pinentry.  I
have e.g.

      Subject: /CN=Ã\x84gyptentest Benutzer 8/OU=test/O=Intevation GmbH

The A-Umlaut should be utf8 but for some reason the second byte of he utf 8
representation of that character is escaped as the character sequence \x84.
In the terminal window that wouldn't be a problem but it's also sent to the
agent and the pinentry in that form.

I'm pretty sure that it's not a bug in the certificate since the certmanager can
show it correctly.
