[issue91] require threaded gpg-agent

Both the S/MIME signature verification hang and the secret key export hang went 
away by rebuilding gpg-agent with thread support. 
 
As a consequence, you should either disallow building non-threaded agents or 
fall back to fork()ing in the non-pth case.
