[issue191] Mutt: "encrypt with" field useless

When encrypting with SMIME, there is a field
in the overview for the email which says "Encrypt with"
or "Verschlüsselt mit".

This field IMO is useless. OpenPGP mode does not have it,
why should SMIME need this?
Also, when encrypting to many people, it will get complicated.
Finally, the field was never filled anyway.
