[issue208] Mutt: Opaque signed with attachment can not be read

E-Mails which are opaque signed with attachment are
not handled correctly by Mutt.

Mutt says:
[-- Error: decryption failed: Datenübergabe unterbrochen (broken pipe) --]

I can send sample emails on request.
