GnuPG.org 1.2 released

Hi all,

I just released revision 1.2 of GnuPG.org site which features an
automatically built site map, mirror list divided into regions, a new
language (German) updated Spanish translation, and several PRs fixed.

No new text nor text changes are planned for the near feature (news
announcement apart, of course).  Thus, this is probably the best moment
to start up a new site translation.
