ANNOUNCE: libgpg-error and libgcrypt ported to uClinux

Hi all.  I have written a patch to enable libgpg-error and libgcrypt
(and, incidentally, also gnutls and gsasl) to be built in the uClinux
framework.  See:

Hopefully the patch will be incorporated in the official uClinux
distribution.

I had to use --disable-asm to get it to build on m68k-elf (Motorola
Coldfire), but there shouldn't be any other caveats.
