FYI: Libgcrypt validated to FIPS 140-2

Hi,

I just noticed that NIST issued a certificate to RedHat for the
validation of libgcrypt 1.4.4 to FIPS 140-2, level 1.  See #1305 at
http://csrc.nist.gov/groups/STM/cmvp/documents/140-1/1401val2010.htm .

This is RedHats build of libgcrypt 1.4.4.
