[PATCH v2 0/2] Suppot for GOST R 34.10-2001/-2012 signatures

Hello,

I have forward-ported my patchset to current ECC/Pubkey interfaces. As
agreed with NIIBE Yutaka, I did not add a 'subgroup' domain (at least
for now), because for "test" curves subgroup is equal to the whole group.
