libgcrypt cavs test vector

Those are executables not the vector files such as the CBCGFSbox128.req, 
i.e. those KAT(know-answer-testing) vector sets.

For example openssl has fips-2.0-tv.tar.gz at the bottom from 
https://www.openssl.org/docs/fips/
