libgcrypt dependency issues

Hi,

In libgcrypt-1.5.3, I am looking for the function definition of
gcry_mpi_powm. I find that it is defined in

src/visibility.h:#define gcry_mpi_powm               _gcry_mpi_powm

But I cannot find the definition of _gcry_mpi_powm. Could anyone points me
to the function definition of this?
