Libgcrypt CFB-mode as CFB-8bit

I would certainly accept a proper patch.  However, given that you are
new to Libgcrypt it may need some time until we have answered your
questions and got the patch into a proper shape.  

Given all the other open tasks, I doubt that gniibe or me will be able
to write that in the near future.  Thus, even if it takes longer for
you, it will be faster than if you wait for us.

Master and also 1.7.0 already have a GCRY_CIPHER_MODE_CFB8 constant and
thus we only need the implementation.  Please do not try to extend any of
the asm optimized bulk modes for CFB8 - the plain standard
implementation in cipher-cfb.c will be preferred.
