libgcrypt fails to compile with Xcode 9 against iOS 11 SDK

An additional problem I found in v1.8.1 with Xcode 9. The
mpih-add1-asm.S asm fails to compile for arm64. Reverting to 1.7.9 also
does not fix the issue.
