Are we ready for a Libgcrypt 1.12 ?

Hi!

Do we have any blockers for 1.12.0 ? This will be the next LTS release
for which the API will be mostly fixed.

The only thing I would like to wait for is to see whether migrating
gpgsm to KEM functions can be done with the current Libgcrypt code.
