[PATCH 2/2] mpi:ec: Use mpi_new with NBITS, instead of mpi_alloc.

* cipher/ecc-ecdsa.c (_gcry_ecc_ecdsa_sign): Likewise.
(_gcry_ecc_ecdsa_verify): Likewise.
* cipher/ecc-gost.c (_gcry_ecc_gost_sign): Likewise.
(_gcry_ecc_gost_verify): Likewise.
