Where to buy 128K st-links?

Hi,

I have seen this post outlining how to run gnuk on a st-link device:
https://blog.danman.eu/2-usb-crypto-token-for-use-with-gpg-and-ssh/

I would like to build one of those myself, but the problem seems to be
to find the correct st-link device.

There are a lot of sellers, but some of those keys seem to have a
different version of the STM32 chip with only 64K. The one needed has
a 128K flash chip on it. Most sellers don't specify the exact chip in
the device, so it's a suprise what you get.

Can anybody link me to a suppliers of those chips that delivers the
128K flash version? Has anybody build this and can share his
experieces and where he got the device?

Cheers,

Pablo
