Gnuk 1.2.16 is released.

Support for new Data Object (Algorighm Information) of OpenPGP card v3.4
(tag = 0x00FA) is added.

A limitation for message length for Ed25519 is removed, although it is
limited by the buffer size.

Classic ECC implementation had been not constant-time (as intended).
Fixed using dummy memory area.


While I tried to remove RSA, I found that the firmware upgrade feature
uses RSA.  Perhaps, it should be based on modern ECC.
