The Lost-Car release

Hello,

I know that I should not work on a sunny Whitsunday, but due to some
problems with the car I drive from time to time (smashed window,
police hooked it away but they can't tell me where it is), I already
missed an appointment and so I sat down and made a new release of GnuPG.

This should fix some bugs and has some of the features requested in
the last time.  It should now work much better with PGP2 generated
messages.  I also made an experimental windows release.
