Another w32 test release of GnuPG

Hi,

I did another test release of GnuPG for MS-Windows >=95 and WNT:

  ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/pub/gcrypt/binary/gnupg-w32-1.0.0f.zip (459k)

Please read the file README.W32 !

Installation has changed a bit:  You now have to play with regedit if
you don't install in the default directory or want i18n.

Bug reports to gnupg-devel at gnupg.org please.
