Another W32 test release of GnuPG

Hi,

there is another test release for Windows 95/98 and NT available.
It is based on 1.0.1 with some minor changes.  The source is

   ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/pub/gcrypt/devel/gnupg-1.0.1a.tar.gz

diffs and signature is available too.  There are no changes for the
Unix version in it.   Binaries are here:
