[Announce] GnuPG bug tracker not available due to heavy DDoS

Hi,

our admin asked me to post this on the status of dev.gnupg.org:

The GnuPG project has been facing increasing AI scraper attacks for
more than a year, but now the situation switched to SYN flood attacks.
We are dealing with the situation, but for the moment our development
server with the bugtracker is not available to the public world.

We are working on a solution which keeps the community involved in
contributing to the project, but for the moment inconvenience cannot
be avoided.

We regret to be forced acting this way, but the AI driven attacks don't
leave much of a choice.
