	* configure.in (dlopen): Use CHECK_FUNC for a test of dlopen in libc.
	Suggested by Alexandre Oliva.
	(-Wall): Moved the settting of gcc warning options near to the end
	so that tests don't get confused.  Suggested by Paul D. Smith.
