[Gnupg-commits]ML splitted

Hi!

I have splitted the gnupg-commit-watchers mailing list into several
others, like gnupg-commits, gpa-commits, gpgweb-commits, gph-commits.

You can find an up to date list at the webn interface at
http://lists.gnupg.org/mailman/admin

Everyone subscribed to gnupg-commit-watchers is now supscribed to all
the other lists - if you don't like to get all the infor, unsubscribe
from whatever list you want.  gnupg-commit-watchers has been deleted.

There will be no archive for the -commits list becuase I don't think
that makes much sense.
