Modified: ChangeLog configure.ac

* configure.ac: Add --disable-xxx options for CAST5, BLOWFISH, AES (all),
TWOFISH, TIGER192, SHA256, and SHA384/512.  Add a --enable-minimal that
disables all of them as well as --disable-exec.
