	* src/gpg-error.h: Include <stddef.h>.
	(gpg_strerror_r): Change prototype to match POSIX.  Rewritten for
	that prototype.
	* src/strerror.c: Include <errno.h>.
	(gpg_strerror_r, system_strerror_r): Change prototype to match
	POSIX.  Rewritten for that prototype.  Rewritten for that
	prototype.
