Cleaned up the logging a bit.

* fsm.c (state_to_string): New.
(fsm_server_loop, fsm_client_loop): Use it here.
* utils.h (STR,STR2): New macros.
* packet.c (_gsti_packet_read): Do not dump the entire packet.
* logging.c (_gsti_logv): Prepend the lines with "gsti: ";
(_gsti_log_cont): New.
(_gsti_logv): Support GSTI_LOG_CONT.
* gsti.h (gsti_log_level_t): Add GSTI_LOG_CONT.
* utils.c (_gsti_print_string, _gsti_dump_object): Use it here.
(_gsti_print_string): Quote everything except plain ascii.
