commit d0d97089706286fafd3c8ff56f3b5bf7ac07c6e0
Author: NIIBE Yutaka <gniibe at fsij.org>
Date:   Wed Jan 27 12:24:05 2016 +0900

    scd: Migrate to new API of libusb 1.0.

    * configure.ac (LIBUSB_CPPFLAGS): New.
    * scd/Makefile.am (AM_CPPFLAGS): Add LIBUSB_CPPFLAGS.
    * scd/ccid-driver.c: Use libusb 1.0 API.
    --

    Changes are straightforward, not use any new features.
    Signed-off-by: NIIBE Yutaka <gniibe at fsij.org>
