    howto: gpgme python bindings
    
    * linkage work-around interim measure.
    * Added links to XHTML copies on an Amazon S3 instance; one is
      ordinary and the other uses dark background with light text
      (basically the default Org Mode export produced with the modified
      zenburn theme I use).
